Hosting a brunch can be so much fun. From a pretty tablesetting to mimosas and yummy egg dishes. I put together a Summer Brunch Series in three parts. You can get an idea of how to set a table with bowls of fruit for decor, tips on making a mimosa flight and if like my family you stay away from grains I have you covered with a Paleo menu.
Part No. One:
The tablesetting. I love that blush pink is on trend because I have 2 boys so I never got to have my fill of pink and it is one of my favorite colors. In fact, I want to paint the inside of my front door pink but my boys just about fell out of their chairs when I mentioned it. They said “NO mom, we will be the weird kids with a pink front door.” DRAMATIC!!!
So I will just add little touches of it to indulge myself like I did with this tablesetting. See it here….

Part No. Two:
A brunch isn’t complete without a mimosa. But what is better than one mimosa? THREE

Part No. Three:
As a rule we stay away from grains. Even if we do have some grains, a few in the family are always gluten free. It can be challenging to think up different ways to make eggs. This was delish and it was a nice change.

I shared what not to do when poaching eggs. If I figured it out so can you!

I never would have thought of anything in pink for a table runner but, it’s not only pretty, it’s light, cool and summery looking too. I love it! The Eggs Benedict look yummy and I’m definitely having a Mimosa Flight at my next Brunch!! Thanks so much for all the great ideas:)
Jessica this all looks so beautiful. I don’t like grapefruit but they look so pretty on your table, I will have to pick some up! Your styling is so pretty and that brunch looks delicious – can’t wait to try your eggs benny!
Lisa!!! You made my day with your thoughtful comment. The funny thing is that I never liked grapefruit either. I actually hated them. But I found out that I didn’t mind the fresh juice. Now I love it.
